an organized Monday–Friday training system,

  • 2 in person training days per week,

  • on your other 3 off days there is daily check-ins through an app.

  • optional add ons with 30 min express training -in person or zoom -

    when available (addditional fee).

  • optional add on 30 or 60 minute in-person walk check in.

  • led by me—a NASM-certified personal trainer of 6 years, (also a certified Level 2 Lagree instructor, and Lagree licensed studio owner—built to deliver real results through consistency and accountability.

yes and no, we would like to have you commit to the days you start with in the beginning - staying committed to the training plan. however we do understand jobs, & life change so if you need to shift from your original 2 days we will allow this as long as there is room on your desired day. we will take no more than 5 people on one day so the day would have to be available.

The 5/30 Club operates on an application-only basis. It is intentionally selective, as the program requires dedication, accountability, and often significant lifestyle adjustments. Your application helps us confirm that you’re prepared to make fitness an integrated, sustainable part of your life rather than a task you feel obligated to complete.

Once you apply to the 5/30 Club, you’ll receive a more in-depth intake packet. so please only apply if you are seriously interested. This includes questions about your current lifestyle, any health concerns that could impact your training schedule, and your past experiences with fitness—what has worked for you, what hasn’t, and what you genuinely enjoy. We take the time to understand the full picture so we can determine whether this program is the right fit for you and how to set you up for long-term success.

also keep in mind, sleep is important, so if 5:30am will not allow you to have enough sleep that your body needs to rest & recover - this is not the program for you.

small private training sessions 1-5 people max.

training time - you guessed it - 5:30am. (5o min sessions) -welcome to the 1%

commitment of 2 times per week monday-friday only.

daily check-ins through an app monday-friday. (3 off days from training)

30 min optional express training add ons (in person or zoom) $38. per

30-50 min optional in person check ins (while walking). $28.or $48.per

While there may be sessions where you receive direct one-on-one attention, 5/30 Club is not guaranteed to be private training. The program will be capped at a maximum of five members at a time for quality, focus, and accountability.

If you ever want additional private time, you’re welcome to add on:

  • 30-minute express sessions

  • Check-in walks

  • Extra one-on-one support throughout the week

  • I believe deeply in the power of community. Watching up to five people — each going through their own busy challenges — still show up for themselves is motivating, grounding, and powerful. Being surrounded by others who are committed to growth becomes one of the most inspiring parts of training.

  • with the added benefit of not having to wait for machines, and having things readily available to you. i assure you all 5 people will work to a plan that works for their bodies and not have to wait on someone else to utilize the space.

    5/30 Club is designed to bring out the strongest version of you, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

No — And here’s why:
This program is exclusive, has limited spots, and is designed to become part of your lifestyle. That level of commitment means expectations are high for both consistency and accountability.

There are no refunds for missed training days. However, if you’re ill or have an unavoidable conflict - we can reschedule you into another available session that week to make up your missed day -as long as this behavior does not become a habit. we are trying to create consistency. (substitute day availability will depend on the max amount of 5 people per day.)

Any dates where I will be unavailable are known at the beginning of each month, and a make-up plan will be provided in advance.

  • In the rare event of a last-minute cancellation on my end due to emergency or illness, you will receive a $45 credit for a missed training day.

payent is 348. monthly (Venmo) at the beginning of each month. that averages out to be 43.50 for each training session, there is no extra fee for the app check ins on the off days and there is no fee to you to use the app. i want you to succeed, it is proven to me that when i stay on top of my clients they have better outcomes.

there is no time commitment after 1 month(although we would really like you try to stick it out for at least 3 months…

- it can take up to 180 days to form a new habit -

there is no contract. there is no auto-renew. there is also no refunds. if you pay for the month the idea is you will stay committed for that month. If you decide to drop off - that is on you.

the month you pay for consists of:

2 in person 50 minute sessions and 3 app check ins on our other off days (Monday-friday)

If you want to add on any of the additional options that is done per occurence at the time of the occurence.

after your month is up you can choose to keep the same schedule and sign up for the following month or we can part ways if it is not something that is working for you. previous month members will always have priority of the schedule.
